Heritage Victoria is pleased to advise that the guidance Principles for considering change to places in the Victorian Heritage Register has been updated.
The new version will assist owners and consultants in understanding what type of change is appropriate for a place in the Victorian Heritage Register. It will contribute to the protection and conservation of some of Victoria’s most significant heritage places.
The Principles reflect feedback frequently provided to applicants by Heritage Victoria and will ensure advice and processes are transparent and consistent.
