The Heritage Council of Victoria manages Registration Hearings
The Heritage Council of Victoria is an independent statutory authority responsible for reviewing recommendations made by the Executive Director and for adding places and objects to - and removing them from - the Heritage Register.
Registration Hearings are public processes that allow interested people to present their views on whether or not a place or object is added to the Victorian Heritage Register. Check the Registration Hearings Schedule for information about recent and upcoming hearings.
