Collections management seminar FREE
The Collections Management Seminar is a free event for Victorian State Government departments and agencies who own, occupy or manage heritage property and assets.
Suitable for: officers working in asset management, property management, crown land managers and government officers, engineers, heritage officers, planners and architects.
Aims to:
- raise awareness of collections management and increase understanding of its heritage value
- explain how management affects the cultural heritage value of collections
- create an opportunity for Government heritage asset managers to meet and exchange ideas, issues and solutions and to share expertise
- develop skills in heritage conservation policy and practice
- meet Heritage Victoria staff and find out where to go for information and advice
