The Heritage Victoria conservation laboratory has conserved artefacts from the area where the Eureka Stockade may have been.
Archaeological investigations were carried out at the Eureka Precinct site where a firearm was discovered. Although corroded and heavily concreted, the firearm was identified as a pepperbox pistol.
